Australian Grain Science Conference

This is just a quick post to showcase the kind of fields available to young scientists and the practical applications of research that impact the real world. The AGSC has hosted scientists that have studied growth patterns in crops using UAVs and infrared spectroscopy, state of the equipment, and have brought our understanding of the natural world as well as what we est and how we make our food to the forefront of health and sustainable living.

Michael has completed his Master of Research thesis at Western Sydney University. His field of expertise is the analysis and synthesis of 'smart' polymers as well as biomolecules and dietary fibres.
